The strategic location, just steps away from ring roads and highways and a short distance from the train station, makes our Court the ideal choice for those who wish to explore Milan and Lombardy with ease while enjoying more affordable costs compared to the capital. Founded on a courtyard with a garden and railing dating back to the early 1900s, our building preserves the historical charm of a time when it marked the city limits, surrounded only by fields.
Today, Rho has transformed into a dynamic and commercial city, positioned on the Sempione axis and a short distance from Europe's largest shopping centers, such as Merlata Bloom Milano, Il Centro di Arese, Fiera Milano, Polo Fieristico di Rho, and Citylife. Just a 30-minute drive away are the major Lombard airports (Milan Malpensa, Milan Linate, and Orio al Serio).
Its privileged location also makes it an ideal place for health tourism, being close to the most important healthcare facilities in northern Italy such as the Rho Hospital (a few meters away on foot), Galeazzi and Sacco Hospitals (3 km by car), and other major Milanese hospitals.
In front of the Court, you can find several bus stops for transportation within and outside Rho.
Within 10 meters, you will find a minimarket, a bakery with a pastry shop, a tobacco shop, a butcher shop, an esthetician and hairdresser, in addition to a laundry service.
